2010 – Present
Youth Film and Media Training Collective

Since 2010 I have been one of the co-founders of the Arviat Film Society. It is a non-profit, youth-driven film and arts education collective that provides training in film, participatory culture and performing arts to help youth stay in school, gain hands-on experience and early career exposure to careers in media.

Notable Quotes:

“What gives people the strength to have hope? That’s a great question, because when we ask how it works, the answers help us build hope in ways we can share.”

-Jamie Bell, TIME: The Science of Childhood, October 2017
